A condensing vessel protects the chamber of the direct-acting regulator actuators against medium. Designed for steam systems up to 200ºC.
Designed as a corrosion resistant acid-resistant steel tank (1). The vessel is connected to the regulator’s actuator with an impulse line (2). The system is connected to the condensing vessel via an impulse line available as standard equipment for direct-acting controllers.
A pressure impulse from the system is transferred via the impulse line to the top vessel port (1). The steam is condensed in the condensing chamber. Water as a control signal is supplied via the impulse line (2) and the bottom port to the actuator chamber
